Coordinators of self-organized activities that advance the Network Nations Alliance’s purpose.
Purpose
Activity Coordinators emerge to coordinate specific activities — mapping projects, alliances, initiatives, grants, gatherings, courses, and other self-organized efforts. They hold responsibility for their activity’s coordination while remaining accountable to the Alliance.
Criteria
- Active Member in good standing
- Clear proposal for activity aligned with Alliance purpose
- Capacity to coordinate the activity
- Support from at least two other Members
Selection
Activity Coordinators emerge through the Activity Protocol:
- Member proposes activity with clear scope and purpose
- Two other Members express support
- Activity is announced to Alliance Assembly
- Proposer becomes Activity Coordinator upon activity formation
Responsibilities
Coordination: Organize activity participants, maintain momentum, track progress Communication: Keep Alliance informed of activity status, share learnings and outputs Alignment: Ensure activity remains aligned with Alliance purpose and values Completion: Bring activity to clear conclusion or transition when appropriate

Term and Accountability
- Term: Duration of the activity
- Review: Periodic check-ins with Steward Council
- Expectations: Maintain activity communication, uphold Alliance values
- Transition: Activity Coordinator may hand off coordination or conclude activity per Activity Protocol
